1. Service description

4S Academy provides online test preparation content and practice tools for its enrolled students, including diagnostic quizzes, practice sets, and full length practice exams with explanations. The service is delivered through the website at prep.4sacademy.com.

2. Accounts and enrolment

There is no public sign up. 4S Academy creates each student account and enrols the student in their courses. New students receive a secure, one time link by email to set their own password, after which they sign in to reach their dashboard. Accounts are personal and are not transferable between people.

3. Access and fees

Access to a course is granted by 4S Academy through enrolment and lasts for the period agreed with the student or their parent or guardian. This website does not sell courses or process payments. Any fees are arranged directly with 4S Academy outside the platform, and any invoice is issued by 4S Academy separately.

4. Content

All quiz, exam, and theory content is owned by 4S Academy and licensed to enrolled students for personal study use only. Reproducing or redistributing the content outside of the service is not permitted without written consent.

5. Acceptable use

Do not share your account with anyone. Do not attempt to bypass the access controls that protect course content. Do not use the service to harass, threaten, or harm others.

6. Students who are minors

Many 4S Academy students are minors. Where a student is below the age of digital consent under applicable law (in Spain this is 14 under the LOPDGDD), 4S Academyobtains consent from the student's parent or guardian at the time of enrolment. See our Privacy Policy for how personal data is handled.

7. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is." 4S Academy works toward content quality and accuracy but does not guarantee a specific test outcome. Your real score depends on many factors beyond this product.
